Office & Customer Service Hero

The Office & Customer Service Hero role is one that plays an essential part being the voice of the Imlak’esh Brand as well as maintaining the Brands expression throughout our Santa Barbara office. 

We are seeking a spritely, patient, and courtesy individual that enjoys helping others. This person will split their time between the customer service needs of Imlak’esh and the various tasks around the office that keep the team dynamics fluid. This person should enjoy constant communication with others via phone & email, as well as love keeping a physical space very orderly.

This position will have the responsibility to answer the incoming calls, managing customer service emails, organizing the office environment, and managing the communal kitchenThis role requires consistency and routine to ensure the best experience for others. This is a great role for someone with another lite professional or academic commitment who wants insight on the inside operations of an organic foods company.

Part-Time: 20-30 hr/week. Paid hourly.

We are looking for a self-starter who is follows through on projects, sees creative opportunity in challenges, has a passion for storytelling, and stays positive in a fast-changing environment!

Time Commitment
This is a part-time position.
Scheduling is flexible based on availability, but ideally 4 days a week from 8a – 2p

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is a visceral storyteller who utilizes digital platforms, print media, and creative marketing strategy to share the Imlak’esh story.

We are seeking a joyous, creative, motivated human to join our vibrant team. The Storyteller will play an important role in sharing the Imlak’esh story and growing the company’s reach & impact. This role works directly with the Creative Director to implement effective strategy in connecting with B2C consumers. The Storyteller also works with the Sales team to strengthen B2B relationships.

This position oversees website maintenance, content creation, email newsletters, social media, creative design projects, signage, and outreach opportunitiesThis role requires self-direction and project follow-through while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment. The Superfood Storyteller embraces creative challenges, has an eye for detail, approaches problem-solving with enthusiasm, and is passionate about the holistic lifestyle.

Full Time: 40 hr/week. Paid hourly.

  • Copywriting & editing experience
