This policy is for retail items only and does not apply to wholesale orders. A return order must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of receiving their order. A returnable product must be relatively intact (less than 30% consumed). Any damaged products must be photographed. Refund request is evaluated at the discretion of the seller. Exchanges & refunds will be processed within 30 days from the day you return the order. Full or partial refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Refunds may be issued in store credit, depending on situation.
