For returns or exchanges, send us an email with:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photo of products
(for damaged orders)
Once your return has been approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
Please print the label and securely tape it on the outside of the box.
Pack the products into a padded box, stick the shipping label on it, and send it back — all for free.
No return shipping costs or restocking fees.
Get your Refund
Once we receive the return, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 days.
Returns are credited back to the original credit card used.
Additional Details (…the nitty gritty)
This policy is for retail items only and does not apply to wholesale orders. A return order must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of receiving their order. A returnable product must be relatively intact (less than 30% consumed). Any damaged products must be photographed. Refund request is evaluated at the discretion of the seller. Exchanges & refunds will be processed within 30 days from the day you return the order. Full or partial refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Refunds may be issued in store credit, depending on situation.
