Maple Maca Ice Cream

This decadent Maple Maca Ice Cream topped with pecans is incredibly decadent, but entirely wholesome. This raw, vegan, gluten free recipe is adapted from Heather of Sweetly Raw. It’s creamy, sweet, and you can enjoy this indulgence guilt-free. Give the recipe a try, it’s as easy as pie (err, ice cream).

  1. Soak cashews in warm water for 5-10 minutes
  2. Blend cashews, water, maple syrup, maca, and vanilla seeds in blender until it is smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in pecan pieces.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hr.
    Alternatively, you can use an ice cream maker according to the instructions. You can also freeze the blend in ice cube trays to make Maple Maca Ice Cream bites.
