Ingredients:
- 16 oz raw hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup Imlak'esh Cacao Powder
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean seeds
- 1 pinch sea salt optional
- 1 pinch cinnamon optional
- 1 tablespoon of Imlak'esh Maca Powder optional
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F and line hazelnuts on a baking sheet with tin foil.
- Roast hazelnuts in the oven for about 6 minutes, or until aromatic.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Place into the food processor and pulse until it's crumbs.
- Pause and add in the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until a smooth and creamy butter, scraping down sides as needed.
- Store in an airtight jar and keep in the refrigerator
