This decadent Maple Maca
Ice Cream topped with pecans is incredibly decadent, but entirely wholesome. This raw, vegan, gluten free recipe is adapted from Heather of Sweetly Raw
. It’s creamy, sweet, and you can enjoy this indulgence guilt-free. Give the recipe a try, it’s as easy as pie (err, ice cream).
||Maple Maca Ice Cream
Soak cashews in warm water for 5-10 minutes
Blend cashews, water, maple syrup, maca, and vanilla seeds in blender until it is smooth and creamy.
- Mix in pecan pieces.
Freeze for at least 1 hr.
Alternatively, you can use an ice cream maker according to the instructions. You can also freeze the blend in ice cube trays to make Maple Maca Ice Cream bites.
