
A delightful smoothie that will recharge you after a long workout. We feature two of our favorite plant protein sources in this drink: Sacha Inchi & Goji Berries.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Imak'esh Organics Sacha Inchi
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1/2 cup Imak'esh Organics Goji Berries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- OPTIONAL: sweetener (ex. local honey)
Directions:
- Soak goji berries for 10 min
- Make Sacha Inchi Milk
- Add Sacha Inchi and water into blender
- Blend on HIGH for 30 secondsOptionally strain through nut bag
- Blend smoothie
- Combine frozen fruit and strained goji berries with Sacha Inchi milk
- Blend on HIGH for 1 minute
- Enjoy topped with crushed Sacha Inchi and soaked Goji Berries
